BINtools.io is a free, registration-free collection of utilities for software developers, QA engineers, security researchers, students, and anyone else who needs format-valid synthetic data or quick-reference lookups while working on a project.
What We Are
A small set of carefully implemented tools that run mostly in your browser:
- Lookups — BIN/IIN, IP geolocation, ZIP-radius search, fraud-risk scoring, browser fingerprint inspection;
- Generators — credit-card numbers (Luhn-valid), IBAN, MRZ/barcode, fullz-style records, fake names & addresses;
- Tax-ID generators for 36 countries with proper checksum algorithms (CPF, SSN, ИНН, PAN, DNI, Codice Fiscale, NIR, NINo, Steuer-ID, PESEL, BSN, Personnummer, Rodné číslo, CNP, NIF, AFM, RFC, CUIT, SIN, My Number, Chinese ID, MST, NPWP, TCKN, RRN, TFN, ABN, Aadhaar, NRIC, Thai ID, CNIC, SA ID, …).
What We Are Not
- We are not a payment processor, KYC vendor, identity verification service, or compliance solution.
- We do not host stolen, leaked, or otherwise unlawful data.
- We are not affiliated with any of the third-party brands (banks, governments, registries) whose identifier formats we replicate. Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
