1. Synthetic Data Only
Every value produced by an interactive generator on BINtools.io — credit-card numbers, IBAN strings, fullz-style records, MRZ/barcode strings, fake personal details, and national tax/identification numbers (including but not limited to CPF, CNPJ, SSN, EIN, ИНН, PAN, Aadhaar, DNI, NIE, Codice Fiscale, NIR, NINo, Steuer-ID, PESEL, BSN, Personnummer, Rodné číslo, CNP, NIF, AFM, RFC, CUIT, SIN, My Number, Chinese ID, MST, NPWP, TCKN, RRN, TFN, ABN, NRIC, Thai ID, CNIC, SA ID, etc.) — is randomly synthesized at the moment of your request.
These values are explicitly engineered to pass the syntactic format checks and checksum algorithms defined by the relevant national standards or international algorithms (Luhn, mod-11, Verhoeff, ISO-7064, etc.). They are not, however, registered with any issuer, government, regulator, or any other authority. They will fail every form of authoritative lookup.
2. No Endorsement of Misuse
The Service exists because format-valid synthetic data is genuinely useful in software development: writing automated tests, seeding QA databases, demonstrating algorithms, generating documentation screenshots, training machine-learning models on plausible inputs, and so on. These uses are legal in every jurisdiction we are aware of.
The Service does not exist to facilitate fraud, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, the bypassing of age verification or KYC/AML controls, or any other unlawful activity. Use of the Service for any such purpose is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service and is, by independent operation of law, a serious crime in essentially every jurisdiction worldwide.

Reference datasets (BIN tables, GeoNames postal codes, fraud-score heuristics, etc.) are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Do not rely on the Service for any decision having legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
