If you believe that any material accessible on or from the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice in compliance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA", 17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws of other jurisdictions. We will respond to all properly submitted notices.
What to Include in a Notice
Your notice must contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or person authorized to act on their behalf);
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Service (e.g., the exact URL);
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, e-mail);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If material that you posted (if applicable) was removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification under § 512(g) DMCA via the same channel. Misrepresentations on either side may incur liability under § 512(f).
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
No Hosting of User-Generated Content
For clarity: BINtools.io does not generally host user-uploaded content. The Service consists of in-browser tools and static reference datasets. As such, copyright complaints against the Service typically concern the underlying datasets (e.g., a BIN table) rather than user uploads.
